Covid Vaccine: All participants above 18 years must have vaccination certificate with QR Code in printed form to present on border otherwise will not be allowed.
Covid PCR: PCR is valid for 72 hours from the time of sample to enter Oman and all the participants elder than 12 years must present printed negative PCR on border.

Nationalities Eligible For On Arrival Visa: All GCC nationals, Australia, Andorra, Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay Portugal, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Vatican and Russia. UAE Residents With Work Visa: All professions are not eligible for on arrival visa at border so make sure you check your on arrival visa eligibility before leaving for border.
Oman Single Entry Visit Visa Cost: Oman visit visa is 05 OMR and UAE exit fee is 35 AED each passport that need to paid at border. Oman visit visa can also be obtained on arrival from border or applied online at Oman E-visa website. https://evisa.rop.gov.om.
Passport & Visa Validity: If you have UAE work visa make sure your passport and Visa is not expiring in next 90 days from your tour date. Minimum 90 days passport validity from tour date is required for tourists as well.
UAE Single Entry Visa: Single entry visa holders are not allowed to get visa on arrival from border as their their UAE visa will be canceled when exiting UAE.
Sponsored Visa: If you have a sponsored (dependent) visa, then the sponsor must be traveling with your otherwise you will not be allowed to cross border.
Vehicle Insurance: If you are coming by your own car, make sure you have car ownership card (Mulkia) and your car insurance is covered for Oman. If it is not covered for Oman you can buy temporary insurance from border that is around 100 AED but cost may vary depending on the type of vehicle.
NOC For Rented Cars: If you have a rented car then make sure you get the NOC (No Objection Certificate) to cross the borders. If you don’t have NOC, will not be allowed to cross the border. All the car rental companies do not provide NOC to cross border so ask them before renting a car that you will need to cross borders and only book with the company that give NOC.
Travel Time: 3.5 Hours: It takes normally 3.5 hours from Dubai to Khasab including the border processing time. Make sure you leave enough early to reach the give location to catch the Dhow. If it is the special event like UAE holiday make sure to leave early as the border will be crowded.
You should driver to Ras Al Khaimah and then head toward the Al Dhara UAE border where you will get UAE exit stamp and pay fee. Then you should head toward Oman border and get Oman visit visa by paying 05 OMR per passport. The UAE and Oman fees need to be paid by credit or debit card.
After finishing the visa process at follow the coastal highway and driver up to Khasab Musandam Oman. It will take around 45 minutes from border to Khasab Musandam and you will pass by Bukha and drive through the mountains to Khasab Musandam.
